A live, online version of Monopoly, which gives players the chance to buy streets and properties in all major worldwide cities, is set to launch at 1900BST on Wednesday.
Monopoly City Streets uses the latest version of Google Maps as the gameboard and lets users compete against friends or the rest of the world.
The aim of the game is to buy streets across the world and then build houses, castles, skyscrapers, hotels and other buildings on those streets to earn rent.
You search for streets using Google Maps and then apply to buy them. Once a street is owned you can start building properties on it and rent is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
Chance cards are randomly distributed throughout play and you can sabotage your opponents' properties by adding hazards to them or protect your empire by adding bonus buildings such as parks, schools, water towers and wind farms.
There is even the option to negotiate with other players for certain streets or buildings as well as sell properties back to the bank.
Because the game uses Google Maps certain smaller streets may not be available to buy and certain country maps will not be available to browse or purchase from as such countries have not submitted approved maps to Google.
Find out more on how to register and play the game from the Monopoly City Streets blog and from the Monopoly City Streets FAQs.
