Opera 10 finally released

After several beta versions and a Release Candidate, Opera has finally released the full version of Opera 10 for Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.

The browser boasts several improvements over its predecessor, including the Opera Turbo processing engine which should help web pages to load faster even on slow internet connections.

Improvements have also been made to the interface and you can now see thumbnails of all your open tabs in the tab bar.

"At Opera, we have always worked hard to innovate new ways to improve everyone's browsing experience," said Jon von Tetzchner, chief executive of Opera.

"Opera Turbo is our newest innovation, and one we think everyone should try, because we all will face a slow connection at some point. Now, there is a solution, and it is absolutely free," he continued.
