U21s: Watch England - Germany online

You can watch England's bid to become the Uefa European Under-21 champions when they take on Germany in the final of the tournament on Monday night.

England only scraped through to the final on penalties after taking a 3-0 halftime lead in their semi-final against Sweden.

They will be without the suspended Joe Hart, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Fraizer Campbell.

Opponents Germany overcame Italy in their semi-final and also met England in the group stage, where the two sides played out a 1-1 draw.

The game kicks off at 1945BST.
