French cosmetics giant L'Oreal has launched the world's biggest online business strategy game, the e-Strat Challenge.
The competition involves teams of students running virtual global cosmetics companies online for two months. They'll have to control a portfolio of beauty brands and compete for worldwide leadership against four other virtual companies.
Each member of the winning team will receive a one-week trip to the continent of their choice and will be invited to present their strategy at L'Oreal HQ in Paris.
2,400 players from across the world participated in last year's competition, including students from Brazil, Poland, London, Thailand and Chicago. The eventual winners were Masters degree students from Poland.
To enter the competition, students have to register at e-strat.loreal.com before 2 December.
