Despite attracting millions of TV viewers this week, only one of ITV's jungle celebrities is proving a hit on the internet so far. Results from MSN Search’s latest Trends Barometer show that Jordan is the only contestant to feature in the top 1,000 searched for terms for this week. Other jungle ‘celebrities’, including former athlete Diane Modahl, DJ Mike Read and fraudster aristocrat Lord Brocket, have failed to even register searches in the treble figures. To get into MSN Search’s top 1,000 terms, subjects need to generate more than 2,000 searches a week. Jordan has registered tens of thousands of searches in the last seven days alone but the rest, bar Peter Andre, have failed to poll even 25 per cent of the requirement. Even Bob the Builder, Scooby Doo, Winnie the Pooh and the congestion charge have proved more popular online than ex-BBC royal reporter Jennie Bond, ex-Sex Pistol Johnny Rotten, George Best's estranged wife Alex and Kerry McFadden. Clare Bolton, consumer marketing manager at MSN, said: “The whole nation’s caught jungle fever but it seems we’re not convinced the ‘stars’ trapped in there are real celebrities." MSN Search’s jungle celebrity ratings 1 Jordan 2 Peter Andre 3 Alex Best 4 Kerry Katona 5 John Lydon 6 Neil Ruddock 7 Jennie Bond 8 Lord Brocket 9 Diane Modahl 10 Mike Read
