Lastminute offers Eurostar deals

Online travel company Lastminute.com has linked up with Eurostar to offer its customers deals on travelling on the high-speed train. Travellers to Paris, Lille and Brussels can now use Lastminute's self-packaging service to search for Eurostar tickets combined with accommodation. Nicky Denvir, head of dynamic packaging at Lastminute.com, said: "Customer feedback tells us that they love the flexibility of dynamic packaging and we are delighted to enhance the service by adding Eurostar into the product mix. "Paris is one of our top shortbreak destinations and we anticipate the Eurostar plus hotel option will be popular with our users," added Denvir. Separately, holiday site Cheapflights revealed that Britons are favouring non-European countries as their desired holiday destination, with only three of the top 10 holiday destinations located in the European zone.
