Do you lay awake at nights dreaming of wirelessly accessing the internet wherever and whenever you want it?
Totalhotspots has launched a directory of public places – from pubs and train stations to sports centres and coffee shops – that provide Wi-Fi access to the internet for busy people on the move.
You can search by town, street or postcode for all UK hotspots, with full addresses, contact details and an interactive street map guide provided to help get you there. The directory also provides comprehensive global listings, so whether you’re in Poland or Costa Rica, you can hunt down the nearest hotspot connection.
Recent predictions suggest that the number of UK hotspots could treble over the next two years.
This year's GoldCoast Oceanfest, an annual surf festival held in North Devon, will include a wireless hotpsot at the beach to let surfers check the weather forecast and wind conditions and email pictures back to friends. The festival takes place this weekend.
