Web User has launched a digital publication aimed at keeping surfers up-to-date with the best downloads available online.

Called Downloaded, the monthly listings guide provides clickable links to new-release music, films, TV and games and is available to download via the internet.

By using Downloaded readers will know where and when downloads will be made available online, and will be able to click straight to the sites using the links provided.

Readers can buy Downloaded at Zinio (www.zinio.com), which provides a reader for digital magazines. It costs £1.20 plus VAT per issue or £14.40 for a 12-month subscription.

Richard Clark, editor at Web User, said: “For some time we have been aware that there will be a need for a listings guide to let people know when downloads from the web become available, where to get them, and how much they cost. Zinio gives us the opportunity to develop and expand Downloaded live, and allows us to track this new market whilst learning how best to develop the brand.”

“This is just a toe in the water for us. In time we hope to expand Downloaded adding more pages as more downloads become available,” added Clark.

To find out more and download the first issue of Downloaded, which will include links to hot summer blockbuster Spider-Man 2, Big Brother and Glaswegian popsters Franz Ferdinand, visit www.web-user.co.uk/downloaded.
