Tiscali poised to buy Homechoice


Tiscali has confirmed rumours it is posed to buy rival ISP Homechoice.



Tiscali has confirmed rumours it is posed to buy rival ISP Homechoice.

In a statement Tiscali said: “Tiscali confirms that there are ongoing negotiations with Video Networks, company operating in the UK market under the brand Homechoice,
regarding a possible agreement through its fully owned subsidiary Tiscali UK.

“Tiscali will inform the market shortly of the outcome of the negotiations.”

Homechoice has 45,000 customers in the London and Stevenage area, and supplies up to 80 TV channels, broadband, video on demand and phone calls.
