Advice to music fans planning to attend the Glastonbury festival is available on a new website.
Advice to music fans planning to attend the Glastonbury festival next month is available on a new website that's been set up by the Avon and Somerset police.
As well as a blog and text message alerts, the site offers information about how the event will be policed and how to avoid becoming a victim of crime at the festival.
"The website gives information on how to keep yourself safe, your tent and beer safe, how to report a crime, what the drugs policy is on site and what exactly the police are doing at Glastonbury 2007," a message posted on the website said.
There is also advice and information for worried parents and people who live in the local area, as well as those attending the event.
"Our aim is to inform all ages and types of festival goers of how to stay safe and enjoy one of Europe's biggest musical events for all the right reasons."
The event, which attracts thousands of music fans, begins on Thursday 21 June and runs over the whole weekend. Arists and bands such as Bjork and the Arctic Monkeys are due to play.
