Talking Trojan

A new Trojan has been discovered that adds insult to injury by mocking its victim while infecting their PC and deleting important data.

The Trojan, known as BotVoice.A, was found by security firm PandaLabs.

It uses the Windows text reader to talk to you in broken English, saying: "You has been infected I repeat You has been infected and your system files has been deletes. Sorry. Have a Nice Day and bye bye."

As it does this, it deletes the entire contents of your hard disk and edits the Windows Registry so its malicious actions can't be countered.

"This is a very peculiar Trojan. Not only does it delete computer files, but it also makes fun of users. Then it does everything necessary to make it impossible to stop its actions," said Luis Corrons, technical director of PandaLabs.

The Trojan is spreading through infected web pages and storage devices such as USB drives, according to PandaLabs.
