If you've had a bad experience in any of the UK's airports there is a new website where you can sound off. The site, www.ukairportdelays.co.uk, gives you the chance to send in details of the amount of time that you spent waiting to check in, pass through security checks or at passport control. You can also add your comments to the site. It has been set up with the aim of changing the way airports work so air travellers have a better experience. "We are calling on all industry bodies to acknowledge the fact that current delays, created by poor processes and insufficient staff numbers, are unacceptable," said David Speakman, the chairman of Travel Counsellors, the company behind the website. Speakman also said that the delays in airports played into the hands of terrorists. "The industry must now with one voice insist that airports look at improving their security processes, as otherwise they will unwittingly deliver to the terrorists the gridlock of travel that they so crave," he said. www.ukairportdelays.co.uk
