The Rugby World Cup begins continues with reigning World Champions England taking on the USA in Lens.

ITV is showing full live coverage on its website. The site also has interviews of key players and coaches, as well as analysis from experts and former players. A schedule of games and group tables can also be found.

You will need to use the Internet Explorer browser to see the action on ITV.com, as the site does not support Firefox for viewing videos.

The action starts at 1700 tonight and England will be looking for a strong start to their title defence against opposition rated at 2,000-1 to win the tournament.

Other than Jonny Wilkinson, who sits the game out with strained ankle ligaments, England will be at full strenth, with veteran number eight Lawrence Dallaglio winning a starting berth.

Ollie Barkley will replace Wilkinson at fly-half and two of the survivors from the winning squad of 2003 - Phil Vickery and Mike Catt - will play key roles, Vickery as captain and Catt at inside centre.

The USA have a big pack but lack any world-class backs and have been on the losing side in the four previous meetings between the nations.
