NHS in cover-up shocker

The NHS is asking the public to decide whether images of the human body on its website should be anatomically correct or if the nether regions should be masked.

NHS

How's this for a cock-and-bull story - the NHS is asking you to vote on whether representations of the human form on its website should depict the genitalia accurately or not.

Seemingly worried about making a balls-up, the NHS is asking the public to send a message to one of two email addresses depending on their view.

The 'body maps' on the NHS website are about to be updated, exactly replicate the internal and external structure of the human body, even down to having a beating heart.

"Debate has been raging as to whether the images should be anatomically correct and include genitalia or whether their nether regions should be masked," a statement on the NHS website reads.

If you're in favour of letting it all hang loose, email full-body-map@nhschoices.nhs.uk

However, if you consider it to be a full-frontal assault on decency, then send a message to partial-body-map@nhschoices.nhs.uk
