You can pick up an 8GB iPhone for just £169 inc VAT from O2 until 1 June.

The offer begins tomorrow and you can choose from three different contracts starting at £35 per month, the terms of which were improved in January.

You will need to sign up to an 18-month contract and will be given free access to all 7,500 of The Cloud's Wi-Fi hotspots in the UK.

The price of the 16GB iPhone will remain the same at £329 inc VAT.

The iPhone was launched last November in the UK, originally in the 8GB version only, for £269 inc VAT.
