Paris Hilton video causes web storm

A video in which Paris Hilton lectures the two US presidential contenders has become the latest web sensation.

Web User: Paris Hilton\'s new video on American politics is going down a storm on the web

An internet video featuring Paris Hilton lecturing the two US presidential candidates on what's best for America is the web's latest must see video.

Hilton's video, in which she remains clothed throughout, is a response to an ad by Republican contender John McCain, in which he linked Barack Obama to the likes of Paris and Britney Spears.

McCain also questioned his opponent's ability to be a celebrity leader.

However Senator McCain was as surprised as anyone when a response came not from his opponent but the hotel heiress.

With well over five million views on the website Funny or Die, the two-minute clip starts off with Hilton stretched out on a deckchair in her bathing suit and that celebrity smirk which she has become famous for.

"Hey America, I'm Paris Hilton, and I'm a celebrity, too. Only I'm not from the olden days, and I'm not promising change like the other guy. I'm just hot," she says.

She addresses the energy crisis in her address to the nation, proposing a hybrid of offshore drilling and tax incentives for new technology developments. Also she would have the White House painted pink, she says.

While the ad is unlikely to change political opinions, it has certainly given Hilton a little work.

Earlier this week, security experts warned about an email hoax that promised recipients a video featuring a naked Paris Hilton.
