Adam Pacitti, the student from the Isle of Wight who met his soulmate in a dream and subsequently set up a website to help him find her, arrived in London today armed with 12,000 flyers.
Web User went to meet the 20-year-old who, along with two friends, was busy distributing flyers at Piccadilly Circus in central London.
The flyer campaign is the latest strategy of this steadfast suitor; he has also set up a website, a blog, a Facebook group and a YouTube channel to disseminate his message, convinced that his dream girl is out there somewhere.
Neither scornful detractors nor the possibility that she is nothing more than a figment of his imagination will dissuade him.
The flyer features a scrawled depiction of the girl he encountered in his dream, which he jotted down after waking up in a cold sweat. Below her face reads the question "Is this you?". Underneath is a link to his website.
Pacitti told Web User that the first thing he would do when he finds his soul mate is ask her to marry him.
The unassuming passers-by, many of whom were tourists, accepted the leaflets and gave puzzled glances at the leaflets before scurrying away.
