Orange has responded to criticisms of its broadband services by introducing a range of new deals for customers.
The ISP, which has around 1.1 million customers in the UK, also said it had been making upgrades to its unbundled network which will let it offer a minimum of up-to-8Mbps broadband to all fixed-line customers.
Orange recently performed poorly in a broadband customer satisfaction survey run by price-comparison service uSwitch.
A separate report from anti-spam service ClearMyMail found that Orange was the worst ISP for letting spam into customers' Inboxes.
Mike Newnham of Orange UK said: "We have spent the past 12 months working hard on fixing the basics.
"As a result we've seen huge improvements in the quality of our broadband network and the service we offer, and our customers are already providing us with some extremely positive feedback," he continued.
New Orange mobile customers who opt for pay monthly contracts will be offered 'free' broadband consisting of an 8Mbps connection, a free wireless router and a 10GB monthly usage allowance, with a contract length of 18 months.
Anyone who simply wants broadband from the company can get an 8Mbps connection with a 10GB data cap on an 18-month contract for £10 per month, with no connection fee.
Other deals are available with no download limits, subject to a fair usage policy. Rival ISP Sky recently announced that it was scrapping download limits across its range of broadband packages.
Orange also said there had been changes to its customer service operation, "ensuring calls are now answered more quickly, and employees are empowered to deal with problems more effectively".
