Vote for top Flash game

The Golden Joystick Awards has a new category for online games and you can vote for your favourite of the 10 contenders.

Voting for the Grand Master Flash Golden Joystick award closes on Monday 27 October.

In the meantime, you are invited to play the games that are in contention for the gong.

Among the entries are Bogus Bunny, about a quest for a lost robot, and Pedesteroids, a "game of pavemental frustration".

The shortlist was compiled by such web luminaries as B3ta.com's Rob Manuel and The Guardian's Aleks Krotoski.

The games can be played on the E4 website and votes cast on the Golden Joystick site.

Jody Smith, editor of E4.com, said: "From experimental games, mixed media Flash and interactive video, the shortlisted entries represent the genius of new game-making talent."
