Vodafone names Storm date

The BlackBerry Storm will be available to buy from Vodafone on 14 November, it has been announced.

Vodafone is already taking pre-orders for the new consumer-focused BlackBerry, which is available for free on a two-year, £35-per-month contract.

The Storm 9500 has 1GB of built-in storage with a slot for microSD and SDHD memory cards and a 3.2-megapixel digital camera.

The touchscreen on the Storm will let you highlight and copy text. It will also depress when pushed firmly, so you know that the phone has actually reacted to your input.
