Nintendo's highly acclaimed DSi will launch in the UK on Friday 3 April and is expected to sell out very quickly.
Websites such as Amazon and Play.com are stocking the device and taking pre-orders, promising to deliver them to customers as soon as possible after launch.
The DSi is the successor to the hugely popular Nintendo DS, a clam-shell, dual-screen handheld gaming device.
The Nintendo DSi has all of the features of its predecessor and more, including a built-in music player and two cameras.
It is selling for £144.97 on the Amazon.co.uk site and £149.99 on Play.com. Both offer free delivery.
The DSi features downloadable games and you can also install the Nintendo DSi Browser which will let you surf the web on your device when within range of a Wi-Fi network.
More than 100 million devices from the Nintendo DS range have been sold globally.
