Sunday will see the final matches of the Premier League season with two of the relegation places yet to be decided.

You can follow all the action live online with audio and text commentary available through the BBC Sport website.

You can also watch highlights on the BBC's Match of the Day programme on the BBC Sport website and through the iPlayer service for seven days afterwards.

SkyPlayer customers can see 'Survival Sunday' action including Aston Villa - Newcastle online beginning at 1500BST, and Hull - Man Utd or Sunderland - Chelsea beginning at 1600BST.

You can sign up to SkyPlayer on a monthly contract, with the cheapest package including the sports channels costing £34.

West Brom are already down though Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Sunderland and Hull are all at risk.

Hull face a tricky away game at Manchester United but a win will definitely keep them up.

A win or a draw would be good enough for Sunderland but they also face a tough home game against Chelsea.

Newcastle and Middlesbrough go into the games knowing their fate is out of their hands, but a draw away at Aston Villa would be good enough for the Magpies if 'Boro and Hull both lose.

Boro need a win at West Ham and to hope that Hull and Newcastle both lose, but even then would be relying on their goal difference relative to Hull's changing by four.

At the other end of the table, Chelsea could overhaul Liverpool for second place if they win well and Liverpool lose heavily to Tottenham.

Spurs are aiming to snatch the final Europa League place from under the noses of Fulham, who have a home tie against fifth-placed Everton.
