Pozzitive comedy site launched


An online encyclopaedia of British comedy has been launched by the creative duo behind some of Britain's biggest comedy hits.

A new comedy website, described as an online encyclopaedia of British comedy, has been has been launched.

Called Pozzitive.co.uk, the site was put together by the production company behind seminal British comedy series such as French & Saundersand Not The Nine O’Clock News.

Along with audio and film clips showcasing the best of British comedy from the last 20 years, Pozzitive also features an A to Z of comedy shows compiled by Geoff Posner and David Tyler, the duo behind Pozzitive Television.

The site is rich in visual material, including comedy clips from shows such as Dinnerladies as well as full cast information and details of the shows' original transmission.

The Pozzitive store provides links to where shows can be purchased online.

The site also features more than 570 photos of British comedy heavyweights such as Simon Pegg, Robbie Coltrane, Julian Clary, Jack Dee and Steve Coogan.
