MSN launches search for aliens
June 22, 2005
Veronique De Freitas

MSNSpace MSN has launched an online competition to answer the question that has preoccupied humanity for years - 'is there life beyond the Planet Earth?'.

To take part in the MSN Space Race competition web users have to take a picture of a UFO or an alien and publish it online via MSN's free blog service MSN Space.

According to MSN, entrants can use their creativity and imagination to create their own alien, so there's no need to worry if you don't bump in to a martian in the next few days.

But before standing the chance of winning the star prize, which is a holiday in Florida with VIP access to the NASA Space Centre at Cape Canaveral, you have to locate a UFO hidden at government websites that can be found via MSN Search.

The MSN Space Race competition is running for one month and ends on 29 August 2005, when the winner will be announced. Other prizes include a digital camcorder and MP3 players. Click here to enter MSN Space Race competition.
