Kill two birds with one stone and bid for an unpublished picture of The Beatles while raising money for charity at the same time.

A rare photograph, which was taken by Hungarian snapper Michael Peto during the filming of Help in 1965, is up for sale online to help raise money for the Institute for Cardiovascular Research (TICR).

The snap is one in a collection of 500 photographs by renowned photojournalist Michael Peto, recently discovered by the University of Dundee.

The Beatles pictures, many previously unseen, were found among a collection of 130,000 photos and negatives donated to the University by the family of Michael Peto.

The highest bidder will get a framed photograph of the four Beatles together as they completed filming - from an orginal negative from the Peto Collection.

Valued at £5,000, the photograph has so far attracted a bid of £3,100. The auction closes at 12pm, 26 September 2003.
