Music lovers will be able to download their favourite tracks from UK Nokia Music Store from 1 November.
The store will offer two million tracks from major artists from music labels such as Sony BMG and EMI. Tracks will cost 80p, normal-sized albums will cost £8, and longer-length albums will cost from £10 to £12.
The new service lets you download tracks to your PC or to the Nokia N81 and N95 8GB mobile phones, which are both on sale from 1 November.
Customers can also pay £8 per month to access the Nokia jukebox facility, which provides unlimited access to streamed music.
Other features available from the service include music browsing (according to artist, genre, track and album), personal track recommendations, and a favourite artists search function.
Richard Sandford, regional manager of Nokia Music UK & Ireland, said: “By having an integrated mobile and PC download service, the Nokia Music Store is a fantastic way to build a music collection that is truly mobile."
