If you use Internet Explorer, you need to select Internet Options from the Tools menu, then Content and in the Personal Information option, click on the Autocomplete button and ensure the tick box called Forms is not checked. Then click OK.
Mozilla Firefox users need to select Options from the Tools menu and choose the Privacy tab. Then select the Saved Form Information option and click on the Clear button to ensure that the Save Information box is not checked before clicking OK.
