Hi Joe,
Thanks for your message. How are you doing? Yes, the settings for incoming and outgoing scans are checked. Microsoft Outlook is being scanned and certified no problem for both incoming and outgoing emails, but with Outlook Express, only the outgoing emails are certified. That's why I swapped over from using Outlook Express to Outlook as I wanted to make sure that my emails were being scanned for viruses.
