You are right about the learning. Trial and error and learning along the way helps a lot. I didn't know a thing about html before I first created that site. I've tried using quite a few of the other programs that others talk about on here, yet they totally mess up what I've already done and I just cannot get on with them.
I think I am going to try to do something with that background image and hope that that will solve the problem. That's the good thing about site vistors giving feedback, even if it is what you don't really want to hear, it's a way of learning to get it right.
