I have recently connected to AOL Broadband, installing modem and software no problem....only one small problem with firewall which I did not know enough about then, but with AOL Tech Help everything working well. However, I have four phones in my home (max) & one of them is an Amstrad e-mailer. All phones have a DSL Filter fitted and all work OK except that when Amstrad is connected with DSL Filter the ADSL Modem disconnects...remove filter from Amstrad and modem connects (but phone is then noisy). PC/Modem and Amstrad e-mailer (with filter fitted) cannot be used together which is a bit of a loss because I find the Amstrad phone very useful.(never for e-mails). I suppose there is a conflict between ADSL Modem & Amstrad, has anyone else had the same problem and found a solution?? All worked OK with 56K dial-up connection.
