Hi Greysts,

Both items are plugged directly into the PC, Also when I looked to see if the Device Manager showed the modem I looked to see if I could get any info on the USB ports but couldn't find a name for the components so that I could include it on the system info of my original post, The make of my PC is MS Net if that is any help.
