before starting the PC i have to disconnect the usb lead for the BB modem from the back of the PC or it freezes or if i am lucky it will take 20 + minutes if i don't
i wish i could be more precise with what happens but i followed the instructions and installed the software on the Wanadoo disc before connecting the modem.
the specs of the PC are amd athlon 1.4 windows ME IE 6 256 RAM 40Gb HD 32mb graphics card
