I have used Gio for nearly two years. Connection is 41.2Kbps (perhaps on the slower side of perfect!!). My line had a "DACS" on it (something BT use to save putting more lines in. Ring BT (150) and ask for it to be removed , you will have to keep on to them as they will refuse at first.
