The obvious question is, have you paid for the "Pro" version? If not, you won't have, and don't need, a licence key.
Zone Labs won't reply to e-mails from non-paying "customers". If, like me, you haven't paid, did you download the correct (freeware) version?
If you have paid, but they haven't sent the licence key, you'll just have to wait for someone else. I only know about the free version. Sorry.
