I used to have BT Openworld Anytime which has now been upgraded to BT Yahoo! Anytime. I was under the impression that all BT customers would be changed to BT Yahoo! Perhaps this is the problem with you. Have you tried contacting BT about your connection difficulty? I know they downloaded some new connection software when I changed, but I can't remember exactly what it was. I still have the same dial-up number. Madeline.
