3 WEEKS 15-20 'E' MAILS. NO LUCK GETTING THROUGH ON THE PHONE. ONE SNAIL MAIL AND I GET...

I know all we want are our web sites back or or an FTP that works BUT...
Surely we must look into the legalities of a service not being provided?
At the begining of the week I 'e' mailed web-user to ask if they would use their clout to put pressure on Wand... I have not heard from them either. Perhaps if we all direct our queery to WU they might take it up?
