bt broadband & msn explorer

Hi
Had BT Broadband installed about 3 months ago, but cannot get on to any past web pages I used on internet explorer. I can't access my msn explorer and can't get get windows hotfixes anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have had no help from BT.
