No it's not Zone Alarm.

Guess what..."we appologise for the delay and one of our agents will answer your call shortly...over and over and over"...no help at all from Wanadoo BB support!!!
I waited 15 minutes still no reply!!!!

I wonder if this is the service the new Wanadoo company is going to provide us?
