Yes I have changed to newer version of Zone Alarm! I wonder if that is the reason?
I am also very very disattisfied with Wanadoo customer help.
I have 'e' mailed my problem 4 times in 3 days and have not had a reply!
I will as you suggest have to ring them!
Other users or potential customers for Freeserve Wanadoo should watch this space! I will say that the 'e' mail customer help in my case has not provided any reply!
