What is it capped at? Your usage certainly suggests that you could live with a cap. What sort of penalty is there if you go over the limit? Do they allow it and charge you more or just say "That's it, you have to stop surfing for the rest of the month." If you are satisfied with the answers then saving £10 a month has got be a good idea.
