recently I used the new BT cd to connect to the internet. Since then I cannot connect as I used to. Before if I clicked on my e-mail icon a splash screen used to appear and then I could log on no trouble. I now have to log on using bt alcatel icon this puts me onto the net on a blank page. I then have to click on the internet icon on the quick launch bar. I use XP and am on broadband, I also can't get on the net using the Interneticon on the start menu (I could before) all I get is cannot find server message. Please can anyone help, I couldn't get any help from Bt just the answer that's the way it works?????
