Webuser Forums: Problem with IE

Hi
I'm a user of Windows XP (Xtreme Problems) and as usal I have some kind of
problem, most I can solve or ignore, but this one i tried to solve, and i
thought i had but i had just moved it!
My problem is when I try to access certain websites IE will go to enter and
will get redirected to

C:\WINDOWS\frhskeeeeyee.htm# followed by the website
for example
C:\WINDOWS\frhskeeeeyee.htm#http://uk.launch.yahoo.com/ when trying to
access http://uk.launch.yahoo.com/
and a pop-up will appear http://www.warnet.com/ <http://www.warnet.com/>

I had this problem with www.o2.co.uk <http://www.o2.co.uk> for awhile but
that problem has gone, like magic or something!
This is really starting to get on my nerves mainly because I missed a deal
on a simcard!
So can somebody, anybody, help me????
