I agree with Greysts, although you won't need a data cable if both your phone and PDA/computer are equipped with infra-red or Bluetooth.

If you don't use GRPS, you'll probably find that the time you're connected comes out of your inclusive minutes.

Another option is to visit an Internet Cafe.
