I suggest you also disable these, which aren't needed:
realsched.exe
qttask.exe

Disable these then run them manually when you actually use them:
WiseUpdt.exe
msmsgs.exe

What are these for?
daemon.exe
UpdReg.EXE
ADGJDet.exe
