I don't have an MDM.EXE in startup nor is there an MDM.exe process running. These are the startup programs all of which are ticked:

nwiz.exe
avgcc32.exe
NeroCheck.exe
realsched.exe
qttask.exe
daemon.exe
CTHELPER.EXE
UpdReg.EXE
ADGJDet.exe
ctfmon.exe
msmsgs.exe
OSA9.EXE
wkcalrem.exe
OSA.exe
WiseUpdt.exe

This is a Windows XP Home system with MS Office 97 and MS Works and MS Visual Studio.
