Please also clarify why our online favicon script does not create a favicon.ico file as good as any other tool or software - i am interested in your reply.

H1 tags are extremely important whether used in a stylesheet or not. If you dont have a H1 tag in native form (pure html - <H1>text</H1>, then this is not the best use of it.
That is our opinion - thats all - if you dont agree then this is fair enough.
