sorry to hear about your forum being hacked into, there are lots of morons out there. personally i don't see what pleasure they get from this type of activity.
I don't see anything untoward in your log, although i don't see a firewall installed, if you are depending on the windows firewall, i suggest you install something like ZONEALARM or some of the other software firewalls, the windows firewall is as much use as a chocolate teapot.
