Nothing obvious there, although you do have an awful lot of programs running at startup.
download and run startup inspector
make sure you read the instructions.
It will tell you what is running at startup and what can be safely removed, and will allow you to remove the unnecessary entries to
speed up your boot up time and your general computing.
