You can choose any ISP that takes your fancy. Your only problem is connecting your mobile to your laptop. I think the 6310 has an infra red port. If your laptop has one as well then they need to be in line of sight for the connection to be made. The Nokia is also BlueTooth compatible or you can buy a bit of wire to join the PC to the phone.
