Neat trim site, attractive colour scheme and layout, and fast loading on dialup. However I agree with Jonny about the Privacy Policy, it needs to be up front.
I also noticed something else important which is missing - an About Us page. Since you are asking for people to entrust personal data with you (email address could be their ISP which allows tracing), I for one would back off because "you" are so anonymous.
I also have a question about the homepage service - you ask for location saying it is "Required to ensure appropriate search engines are listed". How can you do that? I for example am located in a country, but use only one search engine which bears no relation to my location.
I checked your sample page, found search engines I wouldn't let near my computer. Might be an idea to let the user build their own selection as part of the customisation? Otherwise you are headed toward the direction of the ISP homepage which sets forced content.
Also, in the knowledgebase you seem to pay much time to PHP, MySQL etc, when perhaps the HTML basics should be a priority rather than more advanced skills, so new users can at least get up some kind of page quickly?
